Verdict

Cause Toujours was originally with Dan Skelton but joined Ian Williams and completed a double early in the summer. He couldn't make the step up into Listed company at Market Rasen but this is his grade. Evron was running over fences in France in the spring and looks a chaser in the making but dual winning hurdler Nendrum was returning from a break when a close third at Kelso earlier this month and will be ready for this. Black Art won a couple of minor handicaps at Sedgefield but found Class 2 company too much to handle there on his hat-trick bid. MAIRE BANRIGH made all for a comfortable victory in a Market Rasen maiden in May and, though this is tougher, she looks a promising type at the right end of the weights and can return with a victory.
