Verdict
Novice chase form at this track is usually worth following and this contest should be no exception. Sue Smith's runs three but all may need this. SUPER DUTY fell when an odds-on favourite in Nuts N Bolts' race over hurdles at Ayr at the start of the year but bounced back to win at Ascot and was then second to the top-class Simonsig in a Grade 2 at Aintree in April. He was the highest rated of these over timber and can make a winning start to his chase career though Bury Parade should be one to watch on the northern circuit this winter. He travelled strongly for a long way on his reappearance at Hexham and has the build of a chaser. Merry King should also do well over fences but Dr Flynn is probably best watched on this occasion, though has won three of his last five over hurdles.
