Verdict

An interesting bumper featuring several promising types. Gully's Edge was only beaten half-a-length by Micklegate Run at Kelso in May and should be winning soon but could be up against a useful recruit in MONBEG CHARMER. He looks to have inherited some speed from his sire Daylami as he showed a fine turn of foot when winning a Kilmallock point-to-point by 12 lengths in May. Charlie Longsdon's four-year-old is also preferred to fellow points convert Bako De La Saulaie and Listowel runner-up Robbing The Prey. Focal Point looks best of the rest.
