        Verdict

        Plenty with claims in the closer. Gaelic Wizard scored over the minimum trip at Hamilton a fortnight ago and remains on a winning mark while Gullane One opened his account with a win at Doncaster and is 4lb higher today. Roys Dream went close over track and trip at last week’s meeting and can race off the same mark while HAVANA MARIPOSA finished runner-up over 7f here last month. Placed over today’s distance in the past, Karl Burke’s charge drops down in class for this and gets the nod.
