Verdict

MILLARVILLE won on good to soft and heavy going last season so soft ground here won’t be a problem and she may be worth risking having a first run since March. Bonne Vitesse also won twice last season, beating Minelladestination at Sedgefield in April, while Merry Mistress won three times and has had the benefit of a pipe-opener. Marsh Wren still has plenty of scope and has travelled up from Buckinghamshire and Rae Des Champs has only been raised a pound for her second in a higher grade at Kelso in the spring so should play a part.
