In depth

Verdict

There are races to be won with Frog Hollow based on his latest second at Beverley, though he finished behind Al Muheer at Chester earlier. Kiwi Bay is also knocking on the door again while Chookie Royale was only beaten a head in the Carlisle Bell 10 days ago. Sennockian Star continues to run well and is back over his best trip but HOT ROD MAMMA looked unlucky here last month and can be forgiven a modest effort at Hamilton just a day later. She remains well treated and the fitting of a hood may make her concentrate a little better. Sardanapalus is happier giving weight to inferior rivals and Ted's Brother has more on his plate than when winning at Beverley last month.
