        Verdict

        Lady Sylvia appears to have the best recent form having won at Kempton in February before finishing third at Wolverhampton, though she was well beaten in her only previous run on Turf. Musically has been most disappointing this year but Chignon is lightly-raced and appears on the upgrade and is Sir Henry Cecil's only runner at the meeting. Isobella can do better this year while Dalmo is consistent and Thecornishcockney was a fair fourth at Lingfield two runs ago, though never seems to run the same race twice. RENEGOTIATE weakened quickly at Goodwood last time but was all at sea on the soft ground. He should be capable of a lot better and can get off the mark in this modest company.
