    Verdict

    Reset City has a penalty for last week's victory at Leicester and steps up a grade. Miss Dashwood attempts today's longer trip for the first time though she's come up short in a couple of starts over 1m2f including at Salisbury last time. Dazzling Valentine had an apprentice's allowance in his favour when winning on the Turf at Lingfield and coupled with a 3lb rise is effectively racing off a 10lb higher mark today. Beacon Lady is another taking on much better rivals than she's faced of late and WAVEGUIDE should have done better last time, though there was nothing wrong with her earlier third at this track and she gets the nod with today's longer trip expected to suit.
