NonRunner

In depth

Verdict

Global Destination won over today’s trip at Newbury last time but it was testing ground and it remains to be seen if he can repeat that form off a 5lb higher mark on this faster surface. Valley Belle finished runner-up over 6f at Lingfield recently and is preferred to Miss Elsa back over 7f while Just Later makes his handicap debut and seasonal reappearance having placed on the all-weather at the end of last year. MOVEONUP wasn’t at his best over 6f in soft going at Doncaster last time but was beaten less than a length over 7f at Chepstow before that and Gay Kelleway’s charge gets the nod on that form.
