Verdict

A rare runner at this track for Roger Varian, WHATSOFUNNY is taken to make a winning handicap debut in this company after three modest efforts in maidens. Refreshestheparts is another lightly-raced sort who should be capable of better but Possibly showed little on her recent return to action at Lingfield and may be best watched. Purley Queen was a losing favourite at Wolverhampton last week but January's Lingfield winner Sudden Wish makes more appeal arriving on the back of a couple of placed efforts with Darryll Holland taking over the reins.
