        Verdict

        LAIKAPARTY (NAP) failed to land the spoils last time but his Newmarket second to Hamish Macbeth was a likeable performance in a better-looking race than this contest. The Watson gelding has gone close on both starts and a similar level of performance ought to prove good enough. Global Agreement didn't run too badly here on debut and should improve but Arriba Arriba boasts a stronger effort when chasing home Queen's Order at Pontefract on Sunday and should benefit from this first stab at a sixth furlong. Music Therapist and Punchbowl Flyer showed glimmers of ability last time but both look more like nursery types in the long term.
