BARTACK was a convincing winner when last visiting this track, running out a smooth scorer from Caramack, confirming the steady progress of previous starts. Luca Cumani then sent him north for a competitive Carlisle handicap against his elders but things seemed to happen too quickly against battle-hardened sorts and he was never competitive. Back at the scene of his previous success he can land another small-field victory. Sadiq is a potent threat however, also returning to the location of his maiden triumph in what appeared an above-average contest for the venue. He's going the right way and is highly respected. Elusive Band has shown little to date and Honey Of A Kitten is preferred for the minor placing.
