French Press scored on heavy ground here in August and hasn't stopped winning since. He's now 25lb higher than that victory but only 4lb up from his last success at Redcar. Good Luck Charm likes it around here but seems to do better on quicker ground but PORT LAIRGE acts in any conditions. John Gallagher's charge is probably better with a bit of give and, as all of his four career victories have been on this track, he can keep up the sequence here. Rouge Nuage looks a big threat as though he's become something of a specialist at Wolverhampton he's performed with credit at Epsom and Sandown recently. Sain Pois won three times in France and, having dropped significantly in the weights since joining Tony Carroll, should be scoring soon.
