Time Medicean and Welease Bwian were third and fourth in this last year. The former comes out best at the weights again and the latter does most of his winning on the all-weather nowadays. Indian Tinker has become frustrating to follow while Storm Lightning has reverted to type since beating WHITECREST half-a-length here last month. John Spearing's mare is a couple of pounds better off now and it could be her turn today, though the three-year-old Noble Act has more scope than any of her rivals and would be a big threat if back in the form that so her score at Leicester two runs ago.
