In depth

Verdict

This looks wide open but Essgee Nics is running well at present and Confils will have needed her run here in July. Goddess Of Fire is penalised for her win at Yarmouth eight days ago and is worse off at the weights than when beaten over a mile here earlier by MAGNETISED. David Simcock’s gelding has only tried this trip once before and was well beaten but there is no reason why he shouldn’t last home on breeding. Cheekpieces could help Marion's Boy but Mahanakhon Power has better recent form and looks a threat to all.
