      Verdict

A good race with the clash of four recent winners and the remaining quartet not ruled out, although it may well be that Callendula and Every Instinct need the run. Lungarno Palace hasn't struck form this term and Rose Above has a below-par run to put behind her but Yankee Mail has done well for Gay Kellaway the last twice after being picked up from a seller. This is harder though, whilst Roy Rocket has a 6lb penalty to deal with for a narrow success here last time. However, he must make the short-list because of his love for the coastal venue - all career wins having come here. The penny seems to have dropped with Nigel since joining Richard Hughes and he's respected but LONGSIDE was impressive at Yarmouth last time and the 8lb he receives from the top weight could prove decisive for the progressive four-year-old.
