A low-key beginning to the three days racing at this track, but we'll row in with BARBIROLLI who is thoroughly exposed, but consistent in low-grade handicaps and in decent form at present. He should play a prominent role at this level. Le Corvee will go well if transferring recent jumps form to the Flat, having stayed on strongly to score over fences at Stratford last time and Lucy Barry takes off a useful 7lb. Silvestre De Sousa is a good booking for Easydoesit and the gelding could improve with just six runs under his belt, best of which was a respectable third behind Dubawi Dancer at Yarmouth. Motarjm isn't discounted and Bobby Dazzler's Flat form gives him a chance although recent jumps efforts have been dreadful.
