    Verdict

Danawi went close last time and can go one better at the expense of Takitwo, Digital and Qauntum Leap. The four-year-old Danawi is still a maiden, but has gone well in two visits here and handles cut in the ground. On his latest outing here just under three weeks ago, he was beaten in a photo-finish by Legal Lover after rallying when headed, having taken the lead at an early stage of proceedings. In receipt of weight all round today, he must go close to breaking his duck. Takitwo was fancied on the Lingfield Polytrack last time but was taken of his feet, and the return to today's underfoot conditions should enable him to take a hand. Old Digital often flatters to deceive but caught the eye again staying on from the rear at Salisbury. He performs well on these type of undulating tracks and may reach the frame. Of the rest, Quantum Leap is dangerous to leave out as he is adept over this trip, but for the winner we return to Danawi.
