Jamaican Bolt is the only one of these with a recent run under his belt and he's been going well enough in handicaps to make his presence felt. York Glory ran very well on his last two starts in the summer with a close second to subsequent L'Abbaye winner Maarek a particularly good effort. HAMISH MCGONAGALL was last seen in the Group 1 Nunthorpe at York in August where he was beaten just a length into fourth. He has the best of the race conditions and should be ready to make a successful reappearance. Robert Cowell has a nice recruit from Italy in Victory Laurel, who should be contesting the big sprints this summer, but the main threat may come from Move In Time, who started last season with two victories and ran very well in much better company later. Arnold Lane returns from Dubai where he was outclassed but his last victory was in a Group 3 in Germany a year ago.
