Few boast solid credentials and the vote goes to Windy Brittain ahead of Cuddles, Johnson's Point and Gracia in an ordinary affair. Luca Cumani has found a rich vein of form of late and, following a promising return at Lingfield last week, Windy Brittain looks the one to be on. The daughter of Mark Of Esteem was making her handicap debut and shaped with an abundance of promise at the Surrey track so looks capable of further progress off her current rating. Johnson's Point was a model of consistency last term and should go well if fit for this seasonal return while Cuddles has a fitness edge over most of her rivals and represents a yard that has made a bright start. Gracia has claims on the pick of last year's form and can't be discounted but Broughton Zest has paid the price for earlier efforts this term and now looks in the handicapper's grip.
