In depth

Verdict

It may be worth going for the new comer Drumfire in this poor maiden with Charlie Tipple and Global Guest posing as the biggest dangers. Mark Johnson s horses generally do come on for their first outings as do most horses but Drumfire looks nicely bred and would not have to be world-beater to win this. Charlie Tipple finished sixth of nine at Ripon on his debut but was only beaten three lengths so improvement is on the cards. Global Guest is another who can improve after not being disgraced against better company at Newbury last time out so any market moves should be noted. But for the winner we return to Drumfire.
