Euro Mac won a Ripon handicap last month but didn't run as well on softer going at Carlisle later. Catastrophe has finished runner-up in six of his 22 starts but has never won and nor has Hellavashock, who was beaten a long way into third at Hamilton. Rebel State managed to win on Polytrack in January, however, while Kulgri's recent form puts her in the frame for this very low-class contest. PITCH HIGH, runner-up at Leicester last month, ran reasonably well in a Chepstow handicap three weeks later and that could prove good enough for this.
