    Verdict

    Cape Islay is back on the same mark as when scoring at Chester in June but this is a very different track and he's been running poorly. Regal Mirage gained the seventh victory of his career at Pontefract in July and has won over the course and distance as has Arctic Ocean, who followed up at Doncaster but then found a 9lb rise too much to handle on a return visit. FIVE HELMETS, who won over 1m2f here before well beaten in a better race at York, takes a step up in trip but looks as though she should be suited and gets the nod though Zihaam pops up every now and then and likes it around here.
