In depth

Verdict

POINT OF HONOUR (NAP) gained his only victory in 25 starts on this track in August and though 4lb higher the extra is wiped out by Laura Coughlan's claim. Philip Makin's charge made a reasonable reappearance at Catterick and can get back on the winning trail. Act Of Magic is consistent enough but doesn't win often and Bawaader is still a maiden after 16 starts. Ebqaa can be given a chance on the best of her form but Buzz Lightyere hasn't won since Ascot almost three years ago.
