Verdict

STORMIN TOM is worse off with third-placed Youonlyliveonce and The Wee Barra after scoring over course and distance. But Tm Easterby's charge scored a shade comfortably on that occasion and can go in again despite a 4lb rise. Avenue Des Champs recorded a double over 1m4f here earlier and has the beating of Bond Mystery while Beijing Star landed a gamble in a Windsor claiming race last week but is facing much tougher opposition under a penalty. The remainder are harder to fancy unless the lightly-raced Tonto's Spirit improves for the return to a shorter trip.
