With four wins from his last five starts, including the last two, and racing off a 6lb lower mark than on the latest occasion, Ostara has the look of a handicap "good thing" about him. However, the five-year-old has had plenty of racing recently and it remains to be seen whether that now begins to take its mark. Tim Easterby's Santisima Trinidad has shown signs of coming back to form of late and is well drawn as is Reasoning, who was a winner on the all-weather during the winter and returns to the turf for the first time this season.
