The deluge that hit Pontefract on Monday also struck here so the going will be testing. Tagtale landed a 5f seller on soft ground at Redcar, when Fairweather Trader was behind, but appeared to be affected by a bump she received at the start when last over 6f at Ripon. JUST MARION also finished last on that track on her latest start though that was in a maiden and her earlier runs suggest she should be good enough in her first foray at this level. Penalty Scorer has shown pace before fading in her two latest starts on this track but Autumn Revue ran quite well on her debut on fast ground here before finding soft conditions against her at Newcastle. Astrea showed a bit of promise behind Bond's Girl here in April but was well beaten at Redcar subsequently.
