Verdict

Paul Hanagan was on board when Prying Pandora won at Newcastle last month and takes the ride in preference to Richard Fahey's other entry Footlight, who he rode to victory at Southwell in February. His mount has also won on soft ground so has to be respected though HIGH HOPES will take some beating. David Simcock's filly completed a double in minor company at Ffos Las before stepping into this class and running very well at Doncaster with Lahayeb a long way last in the testing ground. Sagely is taking a drop in class and has to be a threat. She's been running in Listed and Class 2 handicaps since completing a double last spring and the assessor has given her a chance.
