Garibaldi, Hopeful Isabella and A Mothers Love are three against the field in a competitive finale and the narrow vote is given to Hopeful Isabella. The selection is a well bred sort and although she as shown very little of date she hails from a very shrewd yard and with the step up in trip likely to bring about improvement she looks the one to be on despite her poor draw. Garibaldi rates the main danger on his latest fourth behind Royal Premier but he has had plenty of chances without taking one and again he looks opposable. However, he could improve for the fitting of first time blinkers. A Mothers Love is another that could go well as she was unlucky in running last time out but she will do well to win from the car park in stall one. Of the remainder, Polyquest is from an in-form yard and is worth a cautionary look in the market while Sadler's Kingdom could go well from a good draw but for the winner we return to Hopeful Isabella who is unexposed over the trip.
