Philly's Hope has been threatening to get off the mark but is still a maiden after 13 starts. Eshtiya make her handicap debut after staying on to land a Dundalk maiden while Take My Hand led for a long way on very testing ground at Roscommon, though is 14lb higher than her last victory. Sienna Lady gave notice of an imminent victory when a close fourth at Limerick and again when runner-up at Dundalk. She could have done without a 5lb rise but should still get into the frame though the vote goes to SETTLE ME DOWN. The latter changed stables after a couple of moderate runs at Dundalk earlier this year and reappeared with a staying-on fourth over an extended 5f at Sligo. That suggested this sort of trip would suit and he can get off the mark.
