With the exception of Nailed Down, all of these are rated within 5lb of each other with MADAKET MYSTERY coming out best at the weights. She ran very well in soft-ground handicaps at Naas and Killarney in July and was nowhere near her best when a beaten favourite at Tipperary. Crassus made a decent comeback at Roscommon in June but hasn't made the expected progress but Mostaqqer has been staying on over slightly shorter on ground with plenty of give and looks a real threat. Castletownshend is 0-21 but has run well in much better company though never over a trip this far. Royal Casamento has run quite well the last twice while Defilade ran in soft ground for the first time at Cork and showed improvement.
