The only defeat suffered by Inishtearaght in her last three was when tried over 1m2f and connections won't be too unhappy with a 4lb rise for beating Gagnant at Naas last time. She should go well but By The Sea will need to bounce back from a very disappointing effort at Wexford after her maiden success at Gowran Park where Rue De Cabastan was third. BOYNAGH JOY ended the last campaign in winning form on Polytrack at Dundalk and didn't reappear until May. She ran well enough behind Cloud Fire at Wexford a month ago to suggest she is up to winning from today's mark. Fastnowfast is still a maiden after 27 starts but can't get much lower in the weights and has run reasonably well on her two latest starts. Damond Fire, the veteran of 41 races, may need to drop below a mark of 50 before returning to winning ways.
