Verdict
Willie Mullins won this with Blackstairmountain in 2012 and there are lines of form that suggest Digeanta can score again for the yard. However, his latest outing was in a Premier handicap at Leopardstown in September and race-sharpness plus Sarah O'Brien's claim could just hand the initiative to EL SALVADOR. Both have finished close behind Mullins' Pique Sous, winner of the Queen Alexandra at Royal Ascot, but Digeanta is likely to be in action at the Galway Festival and could just need the run. Orgilgo Bay was about five lengths behind in that Leopardstown event and looks held though he's since run a fine race in the Fred Winter at Cheltenham.
