Verdict
A tricky opener with all of these stepping up to middle-distances for the first time. KIFAAYA makes most appeal on that basis as his dam won the Northumberland Plate and his half-brother, Forced Family Fun, scored over today's trip as a two-year-old. Mikandy finished just ahead of Offshore over a mile at Chepstow with Smugglers Lane well beaten and both could figure in this. Activation could also go well but there is more evidence of stamina in Avenue Du Monde's pedigree and she may prove the biggest threat making her handicap debut.
