Verdict

NORTH POLE took his time to get his act together but did so when winning at Brighton on Tuesday. Today's opposition look no great shakes and Sir Mark Prescott's charge is taken to defy a penalty. Pilates attempts a longer trip after returning a losing favourite over 6f at Nottingham and Danz Choice also let down favourite backers when finishing a modest fifth at Salisbury last week. The latter gets first-time blinkers and makes more appeal than Konzert but The Scuttler may well figure dropping back down in distance.
