Verdict

CITY ESCAPE won again at Ripon last week having also scored at Wolverhampton last month where the re-opposing pair Defilade and Plansina filled the places. Mark Loughnane’s mare can confirm superiority in her current form. Lethal Touch only won a lowly classified race at Nottingham but Uther Pendragon posted a better effort here looking to end a long losing run.
