    In depth

    Verdict

Several have a shout on the evidence of decent debut efforts but CATURRA may prove the one to side with expected to improve for last month’s debut fourth at Newmarket. Haymaker placed at Salisbury and is another to consider while Showdiemlad finished runner-up at the same track when well ahead of Lawful Command. Bellport is entered in the Two-Year-Old Trophy and is preferred to Phinow of the newcomers.
