Polly Bridgewater wasn’t allowed to use her allowance when RED ALERT (NAP) won a qualifying event over track and trip for this series final. But she can utilise her 5lb claim today and Tony Carroll’s charge can go in again effectively racing off the same mark. Perfect Symphony will do well to reverse latest running with the selection though finished in front of Dandilion when scoring at Leicester last month while Showmethewayavrilo finished well ahead of Archimedes when winning at Southwell recently. The latter won over course and distance in July with Spellmaker back in fifth and could go well off a similar mark.
