    Verdict

First-season sire Ardad has made a terrific start to his career at stud with his protege Blue Collar Lad off the mark over track and trip 10 days ago. VAUNTED could be another winner for her sire as her yard has an enviable record here with two-year-olds and she is out of a dam who won over 7f as a juvenile. Symphony Perfect is another newcomer worth a market check while Mercurial has plenty of speed in his pedigree. Hollow Steel should have learned plenty from her run at Kempton and looks best of the rest.
