RIDGE RANGER (NAP) has plenty going for her in this. She's made a winning start for the last couple of years, has the highest handicap rating and was only beaten a nose in a Group 3 sprint at Newbury when last in action. Iffranesia and Fine Blend made winning forays in Listed company at Chantilly last year but Marsh Hawk was out of luck when failing to win last season and blinkers are fitted for the first time. Lady Clair won twice for David Barron in 2015 and returns to this country for new connections while Shadow Hunter was placed in the Cornwallis at Newmarket in October and was third behind the progressive Wolowitz on her reappearance.
