Verdict
A competitive sprint which should please the racecourse executive. Lead A Merry Dance remains in very good heart but the suggestion the last twice has been that the handicapper's grip is starting to tighten and therefore the booking of top 7lb apprentice, Edward Greatrex, looks a wise move. The combination should prove competitive along with You're My Cracker, who's gone well on both starts this term since joining the Kubler operation. However, PRINCESS TANSY really impressed when defeating the progressive Star Fire at Newmarket and remains on a tasty mark here. She gets on well with George Buckell and should have more to offer on just her sixth career start. Free To Love and Gower Princess, both in good nick, add further spice to a decent sprint.
