Coarse Cut has won a couple of low grade races over shorter trips and is penalised for last week’s success over 1m4f at Kempton. He should have the measure of Shine and Hamilton Terrace, who both arrive in woeful form, but LILY TROTTER looks a different proposition. Ralph Beckett’s filly showed a big improvement on her handicap debut when third at Sandown over today’s distance and looks to have an easier task in this with Silvestre De Sousa keeping the partnership intact.
