      In depth

      Verdict

Not much strength in depth with few coming in to the race in good form. A notable exception is Classic Millennium who is on to the hat-trick here following narrow wins at Leicester and Pontefract. However a further 5lb rise may be enough to end the sequence but Cool Spice is dropping down to a fair mark and won't be far away after an encouraging run last time. Preferred ran in a hot event on his return and is interesting over this longer trip while Prime Trump ran creditably in defeat last season before finding conditions too testing on his final outing last backend and can do better on this more suitable surface.
