Verdict

HOT FUSS has faced tough tasks in Pattern races since winning a novices contest on soft going at Salisbury and can defy a penalty back this level. Dallas Star placed at Newmarket without threatening though is weighted to beat Daymer Bay while Calvert disappointed at Kempton having finished third on his earlier debut. Palace Green unseated at the start on his debut while Flowering is a newcomer to note.
