On Paper there is little between Gwilym and Spanish Ace but we will give the tentitve nod to the last named with Holbeck Ghyll also worth nothing. Spanish Ace comes from a yard doing well at present having had a double here at the last meeting. The selection carries top weight but has a usefull five pound claimer on board to help things a little. His form reads well having won here and at Warwick last month and although going up in the weights as a consiquence he looked unlucky when narrowly beaten at Beverley on his last outing. With luck in running he can come back to winning ways. Gwilym had some sound win and placed efforts to his name last season and came good first time out at Windsor. He has only been penalised five pounds for that win and is well in with a chance. As is Holbeck Ghyll who wears first time cheek pieces which connections hope will help him recapture his form from two years ago. If doing so he can run well but for the winner we return to Spanish Ace.
