In depth

Verdict

Seafarer is only 1lb higher than when landing a Class 2 handicap at Newcastle though he's yet to prove he stays this far. Machine Learner has no problems with the distance having won over the trip at Ascot and Sandown. He's won after a long break so the lack of a recent run isn't a concern. BAYSHORE FREEWAY has only run once over the trip when not beaten far in a lucrative handicap at Chelmsford in August. She'll have found 1m3f too short on her reappearance and looks the type to win a good staying race this campaign. Smart Champion has only had three starts, scoring over the trip at Catterick, and makes his handicap debut while Cry Wolf also has a distance victory under his belt at Chelmsford.
