In depth

Verdict

SAINT JOHN HENRY has problems with his jumping but won twice over the course and distance at the start of last year and looked right back to form when just failing to hold Extreme Impact over a longer trip at Warwick. He can return to winning ways as Weststreet put in a poor display when tailed off at Fakenham. The latter had looked progressive when scoring at Southwell earlier so there may have been something amiss. Lower Hope Dandy won a novices' handicap at Cheltenham in 2013 but has only had three subsequent starts and was beaten a long way at Leicester last time. Red Devil Lads completed a hat-trick at this time a year ago and though pulled up in his last two starts he's been competing at a very much higher level.
