Verdict
Hillview won over track and trip last month and is only 3lb higher. But NOT AT PRESENT finished clear of the rest when going close at Warwick and the winner has subsequently gone in again. Ben Pauling’s charge gets the vote on that form though Champagne Noir is another to consider having found one too good on his last couple of outings. Mr Katanga and Rare Clouds went close on their respective penultimate starts only to disappoint last time.
