An eye-catching jockey booking on Indiana Gold is interesting whilst Misamon runs under penalty after winning last time out at Southwell but INMATE is fancied to avenge a defeat at Newton Abbot by Misamon last month given the favourable reversal in the weights today. Inmate was three lengths behind Misamon when runner-up in his last outing. Even though the penalty carried by Misamon is negated by the claim of his jockey, this still means there is a 10lb switch in real terms compared to their last duel at Newton Abbot. Inmate can take advantage of this and win today, although it is interesting to note Richard Johnson who has ridden our selection before takes the ride on King Ozzy who was disappointing at Uttoxeter most recently. Indiana Gold has won in Chase Company in France before but hasn't been able to recreate that winning form this side of The Channel so far. Tony McCoy takes the ride today and in first-time cheek-pieces is worth consideration. However, we prefer to side with Inmate.
