In depth

Verdict

Fakir should be sharper for a second at Sedgefield, though is a rare winner nowadays, while Nine Nine Nine ran well on the heavy going at Uttoxeter last month and is unlikely to start 33/1 again for this. HORACIO APPLE’S only faded in the closing stages over 3m over fences at Wetherby on his latest outing and the dual hurdles winner gets the vote back on a winning mark. Lady Of The Night looks no nearer winning over fences and additional headgear is applied.
